Host/Hostess Role Overview:

As the first and last impression of our restaurant, our hosts and hostesses play a critical role in the guest experience. You will help control the flow of the restaurant, provide warm welcomes and heartfelt farewells, and ensure every guest feels valued and seen.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and seating guests warmly and efficiently

• Providing accurate wait times and managing the waitlist

• Coordinating with the waitstaff for table availability

• Managing reservations and answering incoming calls

• Keeping the host stand and entry area tidy

• Offering extra support to guests

• Assisting servers as needed to maintain smooth operations
